The service
Castwise provides fishing-plan generation on the web and guided execution in the iOS app. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Not navigation safety, not a catch guarantee
Plans, maps, transit lines, and on-water guidance are decision support. They are not certified marine navigation, not a safety system, and not a promise that you will catch fish. You remain responsible for weather, water, boat, and local regulations.
Accounts
You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep credentials secure. Email, Google, Apple, and phone identities that do not share the same provider subject are treated as separate accounts. Web plan generation may be rate-limited.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the APIs, scrape lake data, interfere with other users, or use Castwise for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other anglers.
Your content
You keep ownership of catch notes and photos you upload. You grant Castwise a license to store and display them to you and to use de-identified session and feedback signals to operate and improve planning and on-water guidance.
Availability
The product is provided as available. Lake coverage, bathymetry, and model quality vary. Features described as direction or experimental may change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castwise is not liable for lost catch, boat damage, injury, or other losses arising from use of plans or guidance. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months, if any.
